PASMA training is usually delivered in a classroom setting, although practical elements may be included. Successful completion of the training results in the issue of a PASMA certificate, which is valid for five years.

It is important to note that the training provided by PASMA is not a legal requirement, but it is often a requirement of employers and site managers. Furthermore, it is strongly recommended that anyone involved in the use of mobile access towers receives appropriate training to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
