The green CCDO Demolition Labourer Card is the first step in a Demolition qualification. Designed for individuals new to the industry or who are converting from labouring in general construction to Demolition. The CCDO Demolition Labourer course teaches site safety, waste disposal and emergency procedures, enabling holders of the card to perform general labouring duties under supervision.

CARD VALID FOR 5 YEARS. THIS CARD IS RENEWABLE.

Duties

General labouring duties under supervision as directed by Chargehand or above.
Assist teams of CCDO Demolition Refurbishment Operatives and CCDO Topmen in the clearing arising from the demolition processes being undertaken and ensure the correct segregation of wastes prior to removal from the demolition site.
Assist in the soft strip function under the guidance of a Chargehand or Supervisor where required.

Pre-requisites

HSE Test Current Demolition Operative or above Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Touchscreen Test Pass
Previous Asbestos TrainingYou must hold a current Asbestos Awareness Certificate (as a minimum). Other higher level Asbestos Training will be accepted. You can only obtain your Asbestos Awareness Certificate through NDTG, UKATA, ARCA, or ACAD (not E-Learning).
Course Pass CCDO Demolition Labourer Level 1 Course. You can complete the 1 day CCDO Demolition Labourer course with Level 1 test at NDTG venues nationwide
